Josh has been in the consulting profession nearly 28 years, working mainly in technology and governance serving global energy clients. He started at Andersen Consulting and joined KPMG in 2000. Josh and his teams help clients assess, assure and enhance technologies, operations, and risk management capabilities to assist and improve business ventures. He serves as account leader to several global energy companies, bringing the best of the firm’s cross-functional leadership and service capabilities to address client issues.

Loriana Hernandez-Aldama is a two-time cancer survivor, global healthcare advocate, award-winning journalist, and author of ‘Becoming the Story: The Power of Prehab.’ Her battles with AML leukemia, a bone marrow transplant, and breast cancer fuel her mission to address healthcare inequities and champion patient-centered solutions. As the founder of ArmorUp for LIFE, a women- and minority-owned nonprofit, she provides underserved cancer communities with critical resources to improve outcomes. Named among Cancer Health’s Top 25 Change Makers, Loriana also hosts the ‘Stage Free’ podcast, connecting patients and caregivers with oncology leaders to navigate treatment and make informed decisions. Her unique perspective—shaped by her work as a journalist, survivor, and Latina—drives her advocacy for diversity in clinical trials, equitable access to care, and the importance of prehabilitation. A sought-after speaker and advisor, Loriana’s powerful storytelling continues to inspire change and disrupt the status quo in healthcare.

Juliana Huffman is a Associate Director, Assessment and Strategy at Seramount. Juliana holds an MA in Social Justice and Education from the University College of London, as well as a BS of Education in Youth and Social Innovation, and a BA in American Studies with a concentration on Race and Ethnicity from the University of Virginia. Before pursuing her master’s degree in London, she was a Research Associate on the K-12 Team at EAB. Juliana currently lives outside of Washington, DC, and enjoys kickboxing, trying out new restaurants, and volunteering with youth.

Ximena Torres is a Senior HR Specialist at Deltek, where she leads strategic hiring across multiple departments including Engineering, Finance, and Legal. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, she has successfully transitioned from agency recruiting to corporate HR, earning recognition for her leadership in inclusive hiring and early talent development. Ximena plays a key role in Deltek’s internship program and recruiting operations, supporting offer lifecycle management and onboarding. She is also an active contributor to the Amigos @ Deltek ERG. Ximena holds a Bachelor of Science from Radford University and is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to equity in the workplace.
