Patricia Sierra

Patricia Sierra is a Relationship Director at Seramount, where she has led partner engagement since 2022. She supports organizations across industries—including law, professional services, and retail—in advancing their inclusion goals through data-driven insights and thought leadership.

Before joining Seramount, Patricia built her career in the apparel and fashion industry with brands such as Nike, Levi’s, and Ralph Lauren, developing deep expertise in client relationship management, business development, and strategic planning.

She holds a BS in Business Management with a concentration in International Business from Ithaca College and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from eCornell. Based in New York City, Patricia enjoys exploring the city’s diverse neighborhoods, food, and culture.
